Jason Shepherd is the former General Counsel for the Young Republican National Federation and the Cobb County Republican Party. A 1998 graduate of the University of Georgia and 2010 graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Jason practices law in Atlanta focusing on the emerging field of e-Discovery. Before law school, Jason served on staff for then House Speaker Newt Gingrich and later for Congressman John Linder. Jason also served as Senior Aide to Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine and as the Legislative Liaison for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

He's been a featured speaker on radio, television, and to civic and educational groups discussing current political events and trends.

Obama Conspiracy Theories Reports On Harrison J. Bounel

Dr. Conspiracy recently blogged about Orly Taitz's case against the Social Security Administration, where she sought Harris J. Bounel's Social Security application. She believes that President Obama is using this assumed to be deceased man's SSN. She had a friend of hers look up Obama's SSN on a credit database who found the number '1890' and the name "Harrison J. Bounel" attached. From this she launched into FOIA filings, in which she assumed that this man Bounel was born in Connecticut in 1890 and that the President had assumed his identity. Well, on Sept 16, 2013 the SSA got back to Dr Taitz with this response:

We “could not locate the requested records for Mr. Harrison Bounel with the information provided by Plaintiff.”
